Eccox Quality Assurance Team
The Eccox Quality Assurance Team provides a complete set of services to manage and improve the quality of applications: from conception when requirements are first written, to functional specification, and throughout the other development and testing processes. The services can continue with functional and technical approval and certification, as well as the subsequent diagnosis of problems in the production environment.

Eccox Testing Team
The Eccox Testing Team helps to improve the functional and technical completeness of applications during the specification, logical and physical design phases, by applying the techniques for the development of test cases. Further, the Testing Team can support the final approval and certification of clients’ applications and systems by implementing the developed test cases.

Eccox Availability Team
The Eccox Availability Team optimizes applications with a primary focus on cost reduction (MIPS) and/or improved availability (elapsed time and error reduction). The team specializes in reactive and proactive performance diagnosis performed by expert professionals in IBM’s z/OS operating systems and its major subsystems (CICS, DB2, IMS, etc.). Our Availability Team uses the leading diagnostic tools available on the market, including the Eccox product suite.

Eccox System Integrated Certification Team
The Eccox System Integrated Certification Team provides preventive services that identify errors and performance problems in applications. The primary objective is to eliminate errors that may arise as new systems go into production and to anticipate potential problems that will otherwise cause last minute surprises in the production environment. This service can be done while applications are being developed or during integrated testing and/or when systems are being certified during maintenance. The team executes planned test cases as well as monitors technological areas that may result in future performance problems. The team is comprised of our planning experts who run the functional tests, working together with our performance analysts, who monitor the environment and run specific tests to validate stress conditions.

Eccox Data Extraction Team
The Eccox Data Extraction Team offers a unique service aimed at supporting system development by generating and maintaining databases and files used to run tests (unit, integrated or certification). The primary objective of the team is to alleviate these otherwise mundane and highly specialized activities from the analysts and programmers that are developing important new application capabilities. With the client development team working together with the Eccox Data Extraction Team, our clients gain greater productivity and control of the new development efforts. The service may be done either by generating sample data and/or by extracting actual data (which may reduce and mask data from the production environment). Eccox Extraction Team Service includes the implementation of new processes using highly-skilled experts who specialize in data extraction using automation software that accelerates the data extraction process and enables reuse of appropriate services.

Eccox IT Factory Team
The Eccox IT Factory Team focuses on optimizing existing applications. Optimization is achieved either from performance diagnostic reports or through reports showing the anticipated results of applying quality rules on legacy applications. These reports are typically generated by Eccox QC for COBOL, Eccox QC for DB2, and QC Eccox for Java products.
